Successful marketing requires research. How well do you know your target market? The more you know, the more you can organize your site to suite the needs of your customers. According to Chapter 2, once you know exactly what it is your audience is looking for, you can now design your site to function exactly the way they tell you to do it. Then, as stated in the book "...drop your hook into the group of fish, and you've got yourself a feeding frenzy."
