In chapter 5 of "Success Secrets of the Online Marketing Superstars" it goes into detail about the importance of branding for your customers. Linking a brand to your customers and the relationship you share maintains your price value. By creating your brand, there are four essential steps to achieve successful branding results:
1- Looking at your model.
Check out another brand or idea you admire and respect, ask yourself: What makes them stick out?
2- Look at your internet properties.
Does your logo and site make your memorable? How do your color combination make you feel?
3- Go to your customers.
Go ahead and ask them what they think your company is about. If they share the same answers you want to hear, you're on the right track. If not, it's time for some modifications.
4- Go to your own staff.
Again, ask them: Who are we? What do we represent? If you have a good branding method, your staff will answer these questions with these.
By branding, you create a long term relationship with your clients. You're illustrating your importance by putting a face on your product and letting your customers know that you're here to stay and not just something temporary.
